At Nylvox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, or seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nylvoxbusiness@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
