Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days  we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship internationally, including to the United States. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally:

United States 7–12 business days
Other countries 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Nylvox is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Nylvox is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Order Delays
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at nylvoxbusiness@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
